Terrigenous oil and gas reservoirs tend to high clay content and therefore low permeability. This leads to the need to study not only core sample’s open porosity and permeability, but closed porosity, effective porosity and pore size distributions including those for closed porosity. Volume distribution of mineral compositions becomes more important than ever.

IntroVision technologies let us obtain volume distributions of all the most important parameters inside terrigenous samples by utilizing noninvasive imaging techniques.
